The S70KL1283DPBHB020 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) for external memory expansion over an Octal xSPI interface with 8-bit DQ[7:0], RWDS strobe, CS#, and RESET#. It supports DDR transfers at up to 166 MHz clock, delivering up to 400 MBps bandwidth, with 35 ns tACC. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2) in a 24-ball FBGA (1.00 mm pitch).
