The S70KL1282GABHI020 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a HYPERBUS™ interface and 3.0 V supply (2.7 V to 3.60 V). It supports DDR transfers with up to 200 MHz clock, up to 400 MBps bandwidth, and 35 ns maximum access time. In a 24-ball FBGA, it offers interface standby, hybrid sleep, and deep power down, with standby current specified to 750 µA at 3.6 V, 105°C.
