S70KL1282GABHB023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a HYPERBUS™ interface for high-bandwidth code or data storage next to application processors and MCUs. It is a 3.0 V-only S70KL device (2.7 V to 3.60 V) in a 24-ball FBGA (1.00 mm pitch) and supports 200 MHz DDR for up to 400 MBps with 35 ns max access time. Linear and wrapped bursts plus deep power-down are supported.
