The S70KL1282DPBHV023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a HYPERBUS™ interface and 3.0 V supply (2.7 V to 3.60 V). It supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz for up to 400 MBps bandwidth with 35 ns maximum access time. Configurable linear or wrapped bursts plus optional DCARS, hybrid sleep, and deep power-down enable low-pin-count, high-bandwidth memory expansion in a 24-ball FBGA (-40°C to +105°C).
