S70KL1282DPBHI023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) for high-bandwidth memory expansion using a HYPERBUS™ 8-bit DDR interface with CK/CS#, RWDS strobe and RESET#. It supports up to 200 MHz clocking (up to 400 MBps) with 35 ns maximum access time and configurable linear or wrapped bursts. Operates from 2.7 V to 3.60 V VCC at -40°C to +85°C in a 24-ball FBGA for embedded processors and graphics buffers.
