The S70KL1282DPBHB023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a HYPERBUS™ interface using CS#, 8-bit DQ, RWDS, and RESET#. It supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz clock for up to 400 MBps throughput, configurable burst lengths to 128 bytes, and 35 ns maximum access time (tACC). This 3.0 V device operates from 2.7 V to 3.60 V and is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C).
