The S70KL1282DPBHA023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a HYPERBUS™ interface and 3.0 V VCC/VCCQ operation (2.7 V to 3.60 V). It supports up to 200 MHz DDR transfers for throughput up to 400 MBps, with 35 ns max access time. Configurable linear or wrapped bursts and hybrid sleep/deep power-down modes in an AEC-Q100 Grade 3 (-40°C to 85°C) 24-ball FBGA enable automotive memory expansion.
