S70KL1282DPBHA020 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) for HYPERBUS™ memory expansion. It runs from a 3.0 V supply (VCC/VCCQ 2.7 V to 3.60 V) with an 8-bit DDR data bus, RWDS strobe, RESET#, and optional differential clock. Supports up to 200 MHz clock and 400 MB/s throughput, with hybrid sleep and deep power-down modes. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 3 (-40°C to +85°C) automotive grade.
