It operates from a single 3.0 V supply (2.7 V to 3.6 V), with I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, and supports ×8/×16 data bus. With 120 ns random and 20 ns page access, it features a 512-byte programming buffer and 2048 uniform 128 KB sectors.
