It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, supports versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), 110 ns random and 20 ns page access. With ×8/×16 data bus, 2048 uniform 128 KB sectors, and advanced sector protection, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified (–40°C to +105°C) and offers 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention for automotive and industrial use.
