It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and supports versatile I/O voltage (1.65 V to VCC) for ×8/×16 data bus. Page access times are as fast as 15 ns and random access times down to 100 ns. Sector protection, internal ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles ensure reliable code storage and data integrity for embedded systems.
