The S29GL512T11FAIV13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) MIRRORBIT™ flash memory with parallel interface, built on 45-nm technology for embedded and automotive use. It delivers asynchronous random access as fast as 100 ns and page access down to 15 ns, with I/O voltage from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. Features include a 512-byte write buffer, ECC for single-bit error correction, uniform 128 KB sector erase, and advanced sector protection. Operating from -40°C to +105°C, it supports 100,000 cycles.
