The S29GL512T11DHV023 is a 512 Mb MIRRORBIT™ flash memory built on 45-nm technology for embedded and automotive systems. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, supporting ×8/×16 data bus and 32-byte asynchronous page reads. With page access times as fast as 15 ns and random access times down to 100 ns, it features a 512-byte programming buffer. AEC-Q100 qualified, it supports extended temperature ranges up to 125°C.
