The S29GL512T11DHIV20 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It delivers page access times as fast as 15 ns and random access down to 100 ns, operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, and supports automotive temperature ranges up to 125°C (AEC-Q100). Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, automatic ECC, uniform 128 KB sectors, and advanced sector protection. Up to 100,000 program/erase cycles.
