The S29GL512T11DHB023 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) GL-T MIRRORBIT™ parallel NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V core and I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC. It supports ×8/×16 data bus, asynchronous random access as fast as 110 ns, and 32-byte page reads with 15 ns access. The device integrates a 512-byte write buffer, hardware ECC for single-bit error correction, and advanced sector protection. Operating from -40°C to +105°C, it supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
