The S29GL512T10TFI043 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) GL-T MIRRORBIT™ parallel NOR flash memory, built on 45-nm technology for embedded and automotive applications. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V with ×8/×16 data bus, it delivers random access as fast as 100 ns and page access of 15 ns. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, hardware ECC, advanced sector protection, 100,000 program/erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and AEC-Q100 automotive qualification.
