The S29GL512T10TFI040 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory device based on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It operates at 3.0 V core voltage with I/O from 1.65 V to 3.6 V, supporting ×8/×16 data bus. Random access is as fast as 100 ns, page access down to 15 ns, and programming uses a 512-byte write buffer. Advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles ensure data integrity. Operating from –40°C to +85°C, it offers 20-year data retention.
