The S29GL512T10TFI010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting 8-/16-bit data bus, asynchronous read with random access as fast as 100 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns. It operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, with I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, and an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, ECC, 128-KB sectors, and 100,000 program/erase cycles.
