The S29GL512T10FHI040 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, with x8/x16 data bus and 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply. It offers random access times down to 100 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns, plus a 512-byte programming buffer for high-speed writes.
