It delivers random access times down to 100 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns, with a 512-byte programming buffer. Uniform 128 KB sector erase, internal ECC, and advanced sector protection enhance reliability. AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use, it supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
