The S29GL512T10FAI010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel MIRRORBIT™ flash memory device operating at 3.0 V with versatile I/O from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. It supports 8-bit and 16-bit data bus modes, offers random access times of 100 ns and page access as low as 15 ns. A 512-byte programming buffer enables efficient write operations. The device features uniform 128 KB sector erase, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles.
