Operating from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with versatile I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC, it features a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC with single-bit error correction, uniform 128 KB sectors, advanced sector protection, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles.
