It features a 16-bit data bus, random access time of 100 ns, and page access time of 15 ns. Uniform 128 KB sectors, a 512-byte programming buffer, and internal ECC ensure reliability. Operating from -40°C to +105°C, it supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20 years data retention. Sector protection and suspend/resume commands suit embedded designs.
