The S29GL512S11TFI023 is a 512 Mb MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O. It delivers random access times as fast as 100 ns and page access times down to 15 ns. Features include asynchronous 32-byte page read, 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC for single-bit error correction, uniform 128-kbyte sectors, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it supports industrial temperature ranges (–40°C to +85°C).
