The S29GL512S11TFI020 is a 512 Mb MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O (1.65 V to 3.6 V). It delivers random access times as fast as 100 ns and page access down to 15 ns, using a 16-bit data bus. Programming is enabled via a 512-byte buffer for write speeds up to 1.5 MBps. Operating from -40°C to 105°C, it offers 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
