The S29GL512S11TFI010 is a 512 Mb, 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory based on Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, asynchronous random access as fast as 100 ns, and page access down to 15 ns. With a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, uniform 128 KB sectors, and advanced sector protection, it supports up to 100,000 program/erase cycles and operates from -40°C to +105°C for high-reliability automotive and industrial applications.
