The S29GL512S11TFB020 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory based on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, featuring a 16-bit data bus and asynchronous read access as fast as 110 ns (random) and 25 ns (page mode). Operating from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, it offers a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC for single-bit error correction, and uniform 128-kbyte sectors.
