It operates at 2.7–3.6 V, supports VersatileIO™ from 1.65 V to VCC, and features uniform 128 Kbyte sectors. Typical endurance is 100,000 erase cycles per sector and 20-year data retention. The write buffer enables programming up to 32 words per operation, ideal for high-density embedded and industrial applications.
