It offers 100 ns random access, 15 ns page access, and a 512-byte programming buffer for fast data storage. Uniform 128-kB sectors, advanced sector protection, and internal ECC ensure robust data integrity. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 3, it supports -40°C to +85°C operation for automotive and industrial applications.
