Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and supporting I/O from 1.65 V to VCC, it features 512-byte buffer programming, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles. AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified for –40°C to +105°C, it is ideal for automotive and industrial embedded applications.
