The S70GL02GS11FHI020 is a 2 Gbit (256 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a dual die stack and 64-ball Fortified-BGA package. It features 2048 uniform 128 KB sectors, page access times down to 25 ns, and random access at 110 ns. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V with versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), it supports industrial and automotive AEC-Q100 grades. Sector protection and a 512-byte programming buffer enable embedded and automotive applications.
