The S70GL02GS11FHA013 is a 2 Gbit (256 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. Dual S29GL01GS dies are integrated in a 64-ball Fortified-BGA package. Operating at 3.0 V with versatile I/O (1.65 V to 3.6 V), it delivers 110 ns random access and features a 512-byte programming buffer. Uniform 128 KB sectors, advanced sector protection, suspend/resume commands, and AEC-Q100 automotive qualification make it ideal for automotive systems.
