The S29GL256P11FFI022 is a 256 Mbit page-mode Flash memory built on 90 nm MirrorBit technology. It features uniform 64 Kword (128 Kbyte) sectors and single 3 V read/program/erase operation (2.7–3.6 V). Page access times are 25 ns, random access as fast as 90 ns, and a 32-word write buffer. VersatileIO™ control supports I/O operation from 1.65 V to VCC. Advanced sector protection, 20-year data retention, and 100,000 erase cycles per sector suit embedded applications.
