It features uniform 64 Kword (128 Kbyte) sectors and VersatileIO™ control for I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC. Access times are 25 ns (page) and 100 ns (random), with a 32-word write buffer and advanced sector protection including a one-time programmable secured silicon area.
