The S29GL256P10TFI013 is a 256 Mbit, 3.0 V page-mode Flash memory based on 90 nm MirrorBit technology, featuring uniform 128 Kbyte sectors and a 25 ns page access time with random access as fast as 100 ns. It supports single 3 V read/program/erase (2.7–3.6 V), VersatileIO control for I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC, and advanced sector protection.
