The S70FL01GSAGBHIC13 is a 1 Gbit (128 Mbyte) automotive-grade SPI NOR Flash memory, using a dual-die stack of S25FL512S with 65 nm MirrorBit technology. It supports SPI Multi-I/O up to 133 MHz, 32-bit addressing, and DDR operation. Features include uniform 256-kB sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified for -40°C to +105°C in a 24-ball BGA package.
