The S70FL01GSAGBHIC10 is a 1 Gbit stacked SPI Flash memory using Infineon’s 65 nm MirrorBit® technology and Eclipse™ architecture. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it supports SPI Multi-I/O including DDR up to 133 MHz. Dual die design enables independent access. Uniform 256 kB sectors, 512-byte page buffer, and security features such as OTP and block protection ensure robust protection. AEC-Q100 qualification and industrial temperature support suit automotive and embedded use.
