The S29GL01GT13TFNV10 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, with a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and versatile I/O from 1.65 V to VCC. It features 128-KB uniform sectors, a 512-byte programming buffer, asynchronous page mode read with 15 ns access, and random access as fast as 100 ns. Internal ECC ensures single-bit error correction.
