The S29GL512S11FHIV23 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory based on Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse 65 nm process. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, with I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC, and supports page-mode and asynchronous read with access times as fast as 15 ns (page) and 110 ns (random).
