The S29GL512S11FHIV20 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, with a 16-bit data bus and asynchronous read access as fast as 110 ns. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core supply and 1.65 V to VCC I/O, supporting –40°C to +105°C.
