The S29GL064S80TFIV20 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with a 3.0 V single power supply for read, program, and erase. It supports up to 80 ns access time, operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V VCC and 1.65 V to VCC VIO, and features flexible sector architecture, advanced sector protection, and hardware ECC.
