The S29GL01GT13DHNV13 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It offers random access as fast as 100 ns, page access to 15 ns, operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, and supports I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, 128-KB sectors, advanced sector protection, up to 100,000 program/erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. Qualified to AEC-Q100, it supports –40°C to +125°C.
