The S29GL01GT12TFN010 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, operating from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with I/O voltage range of 1.65 V to VCC. It features ×8/×16 data bus, page access as low as 15 ns, random access down to 100 ns, a 512-byte programming buffer, hardware ECC, and 128-KB uniform sectors.
