The S29GL01GT11FHV010 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, with random access as fast as 110 ns and page access down to 25 ns. Operating from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and 1.65 V to VCC I/O, it features a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, and advanced sector protection. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C), it is ideal for automotive and industrial code storage.
