The S29GL128S90DHI020 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory based on Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse 65 nm technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, uniform 128 kB sectors, and operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V VCC with versatile I/O from 1.65 V to VCC. Random access is 90 ns, page access is 15 ns. The device offers a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, sector protection, and a secure silicon region (OTP).
