The S29GL01GT11DHB013 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, with a 3.0 V core supply and I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC. It supports x8/x16 data bus, page access as low as 15 ns, and random access of 100 ns.
