The S28HS512TGABHV010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory with a high-speed octal interface (8S-8S-8S, 8D-8D-8D), built on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. Operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports SDR up to 200 MBps and DDR up to 400 MBps at 200 MHz. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 for automotive (–40°C to +105°C), it offers flexible sector architecture, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, built-in ECC, advanced protection, and 25-year data retention.
