S28HS512TGABHB013 is a 512 Mbit SEMPER™ NOR flash for automotive functional safety systems, with planned availability through at least 2037. It uses a 1.7 V to 2.0 V supply across -40°C to 105°C and an Octal interface at 200 MHz SDR or 200 MHz DDR, delivering up to 400 MByte/s bandwidth. ISO 26262-compliant features include ECC (SECDED), SafeBoot, Endurance Flex wear leveling, and interface and data-integrity CRC.
