The S28HS01GTFPBHM030 is a 1 Gb automotive NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, featuring a high-speed octal xSPI interface (JESD251 compliant) with SDR up to 200 MBps and DDR up to 400 MBps at 1.8 V. It offers flexible sector architecture, built-in ECC (SECDED), interface and data integrity CRC, SafeBoot, and Endurance Flex architecture for up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years retention.
