The S25FL512SDSBHMC10 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory with Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, including DDR, with read rates up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year retention, AEC-Q100 qualification to 125°C, advanced sector protection, and XIP for embedded and automotive.
